HOW ARE PRODUCTS SHIPPED FROM NATURALSTACKS.COM.AU?

We use eParcel (Aust Post), Couriers Please and TNT Couriers to ship all of our orders direct to you.

Regular - Ground Shipping (3-7 days)

Express - Expedited Air Shipping (1-3 days)

International Express - New Zealand (3-7 days)

Local Pick up - Only available between 9am and 2.30pm Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday.

Shipments are dispatched Monday through Friday. Weekend delivery is not available. International orders to New Zealand may take longer than stated is held up in customs and may be subject to duties and/or taxes.

IS THE PRODUCT WAREHOUSED IN AUSTRALIA?

Yes! All Natural Stacks products are shipped from our Brisbane warehouse direct to you.

IS THERE A MONEY BACK GUARANTEE?

Yes! All orders purchased through NaturalStacks.com.au are backed by our 30-day 100% money back guarantee from the date of purchase. If in the unlikely event you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can keep the first bottle and Blue Kanga Pty Ltd will refund your order less shipping. Any bottles after the first, must be returned unopened for a refund (shipping & handling charges are not refundable).
