The Most Bio-Available Magnesium Supplement On The Market

Majority of Americans today are deficient in magnesium (could be as high as eighty percent,) and this deficiency is contributing to the growing cases of diabetes and heart disease in America[1]. The average person attempts to remedy their magnesium deficiency by purchasing supplemental magnesium at their local store.

The main problem most people have when choosing the right supplement, is that there are so many different options to choose from. With all of the different choices it's difficult to determine what magnesium supplement is best for your individual needs.

You may be familiar with magnesium oxide as it's the form that's most commonly purchased due to its low cost and wide availability. Unfortunately, magnesium oxide is one of the worst forms available. It's poorly absorbed by the body, very little elemental magnesium is actually used by the body and the rest is excreted.

Generally most employees at nutrition stores aren't aware of the bio-availability of different forms of magnesium. My grandfather was a pharmacist and even he still believes that magnesium oxide is fine to use, because it’s what he has always recommended himself!

Enter MagTech!

Magtech is an excellent magnesium blend, which combines three of the most bio-available forms of magnesium available: magnesium L-threonate [2], magnesium glycinate [3], and magnesium taurate [4].

These forms have been shown to increase magnesium concentrations in the brain and spinal cord which may promote relaxation, sleep, and increased cognitive function.

Magnesium glycinate: One of the most bio-available forms of oral magnesium [5]. The bounded amino acid glycine helps with sleep and provides a calm feeling [6]. Glycine is an inhibitory neurotransmitter as well and is highly concentrated in the spinal cord [7]. Magnesium glycinate is also the least likely to cause loose stools. It's recommended to take magnesium glycinate at Bedtime.

Magnesium taurate: Magnesium taurate is very important for people with heart disease. With magnesium taurate supplementation you get the dual action of magnesium and the amino acid taurine, both help increase and stabilize heart function [8]. Taurine is essential for healthy cardiovascular function, development and function of skeletal muscle, and the central nervous system [9].

Taurine can also cross the blood brain barrier as an inhibitory neurotransmitter and relieve anxiety / support cognitive function.[10] Finally, taurine may increase long-term potentiation[11] which would prove beneficial in people supplementing with Ciltep. Take magnesium taurate at bedtime.

Magnesium L-threonate: Magnesium L-threonate may greatly increase magnesium concentration in the brain and spinal column for increased cognitive function [12]. L-Threonate is an isomer of ascorbic acid and new research has shown that it increases brain and spinal cord magnesium levels at about the same rate as magnesium sulfate [13].

Magtech is an important supplement for increasing magnesium in a population of magnesium depleted and starved public. Magtech is one of the best bio-available magnesium supplements I have ever seen and that is why it gets my recommendation as the best magnesium blend supplement.

Most magnesium chelations have different individual purposes for different people who may need a certain type of magnesium, but MagTech is a truly special blend of magnesium that I believe that can be used by mostly everyone to cover their needs and requirements for proper health.

You can purchase MagTech at Natural Stacks.
