Natural Stacks Australia will soon be ceasing local operations, with all future Australian and New Zealand orders fulfilled via NaturalStacks.com. This allows us to operate as one unified global store while giving customers access to a much wider range of products not previously available on our Australian site.
As part of this transition, we’re clearing all remaining Australian inventory with up to 70% off sitewide. Once stock is gone, it’s gone!
This transition opens the door to a bigger and better Natural Stacks experience. Soon, you’ll be able to shop directly from our US store with access to our full global catalogue, future launches, and larger promotions.
Is Natural Stacks Australia closing down?
Natural Stacks Australia will soon be ceasing local operations. However, Natural Stacks is not closing down globally.
It just means we will no longer be fulfilling stock from our own warehouse or running our own website. Moving forward, Australian and New Zealand customers will be able to shop directly through NaturalStacks.com, our US store.
Why are products being heavily discounted?
As part of our transition, we’re clearing remaining Australian inventory ahead of moving operations to our US store. This means now is the time to stock up on all your favourite products at up to 70% off!
When will this change take effect?
Timing is still to be confirmed. We are hoping within the next few months you will be able to place an order on the US store.
What happens once a product is sold out?
The up to 70% off sale is available while stocks last. Once a product sells out, it will no longer be restocked through Natural Stacks Australia.
Can Natural Stacks USA ship to Australia?
Not at this time. However, once the transition is complete, Australian and New Zealand customers will be able to place orders directly through NaturalStacks.com.
Will prices change once orders are fulfilled from the US?
No. Natural Stacks Australia has always aligned pricing closely with the US store, and this will continue moving forward. Products will simply be displayed and charged in USD instead of AUD.
Will shipping costs increase?
We do not expect shipping costs to change significantly, as both Natural Stacks Australia and the global Natural Stacks store ship from the USA. However, final shipping rates may vary slightly depending on the courier selected and delivery location.
What will happen to my subscription order?
For customers with active subscriptions, all future subscription orders will be cancelled. This is to ensure you don’t miss out on the current sale pricing, as subscription products are set at a fixed price and will not reflect the clearance sale offers.
We also cannot guarantee how long subscription products will remain available, as all remaining Australian inventory is being cleared and products will not be restocked once sold out.
I have a subscription and need my products, what should I do?
We’ll be contacting all active subscription customers directly before the sale goes live. This will give subscribers the opportunity to be ready to stock up on their products at the discounted sale pricing before inventory sells out.
Will my subscription automatically move to the US store?
Unfortunately not. As the US store operates on a different system, existing subscriptions will not automatically transfer. If you wish to continue your subscription, you will need to re-subscribe to your preferred products through NaturalStacks.com once available to do so.
How many products can I purchase in the clearance sale?
There is no quantity limit! Purchase as much as you like.
