Honestly, Good

I was more motivated to work out while I was using it and it seemed to help elevate my mood and I could lift heavier and do more reps. It had another side effect/benefit in adding to the “drive” department, which seemed to increase the drive to work out and push myself more when it came to exercise.It was easy to take and it didn’t smell bad to me. It actually had a sweet scent and worked fine with the energy drink I used.Overall, I’d strongly recommend it for anyone looking to increase their gains.

Convenient way to take creatine

I prefer to take my creatine in powdered form, adding to a liquid or into a protein shake, but these are kind of nice to have when I don't feel like mixing stuff, just pop and go. They're not tiny pills but are easy to swallow for me with either liquid or food. I like that there's fenugreek added, though the smell of it does come out a bit in my sweat/body odor. It's quite a bit more expensive than simple powdered creatine, not sure if that bump in price is worth it for most people. However, I have trusted the quality of the Natural Stacks brand for a long time, having taken their magnesium regularly.

Convenient, but you need 8 pills to get 5 grams per day

A nice alternative to the usual powder forms of creatinine I try to remember to put in my morning juice. Even though I have used the micronized powder form of creatine powder, sometimes it doesn't fully dissolve in liquid. Enter the Natural Stacks Creatine+ capsules.You get 120 capsules in each of the two containers, so 240 in total. The product is 3rd party tested (where you can actually review the results by the tester on the Natural Stacks website) and they add Fenugreek Extract and salt for better absorption. Since Creatine sometimes makes me thirsty, I was a little worried about the addition of salt to the capsules, but I didn't find the salt made any substantial difference.I followed the 4 capsule dosing instructions, but after comparing to the label on my powder creatine I realized this 4-capsule dosage was giving about 1/2 the 5 grams recommended daily by some fitness people. In the end I decided the convenience of not having to stir in the powder into the liquid was worth it to me, so I will continue on with these capsules. Nice product overall.
