What a great supplement. This has a noticeable effect on my stamina through the day. At times, I forget I took some in the morning and in the evening time I find myself surprised at how much energy and mental alertness I still have. There doesn't seem to be any downside to the energy boost as one might notice from coffee or energy drinks. I feel like it helps burn off my morning brain fog quickly as well. I have recommended it to friends and family.

Interesting Cordyceps + Yerba Mate supplement. 60 capsules, 30 servings

This Cordyceps + supplement from Natural Stacks arrived as it appears on the listing here. The bottle contains 60 capsules, with each serving being 2 capsules. Each single capsule contains 500mg of Organic Cordyceps Militaris extract and 62.5mg of Yerba Mate Leaf 4:1 extract. The Suggested use is 2 capsules, 1 to 2 times a per day. The bottle mentions that the Cordyceps mushroom extract is Organic, and that the supplement is manufactured in a cGMP certified facility with globally sourced ingredients.The Cordyceps Militaris extract is Organic, however it is not standardized. east 30% Beta D-Glucans. The capsules do give off the odor I am familiar with when it comes to Cordyceps. Cordyceps has a distinct aroma. The capsules are easy to swallow and I did notice a bit of an energy boost I expect from Cordyceps and Yerba Mate. Overall, I found it to be an interesting supplement, the Cordyceps and Yerba Mate complement each other well. No complaints, I got what I expected!

Possibly effective, but not all organic.

Upon arrival, I realized, with some degree of dismay, that the ingredients are not all organic, and some are in fact synthetic. However, I do realize that even non organic products can be beneficial and so after much research, decided to try this Cordyceps supplement. I do believe it may have provided me with an increase in energy. I stuck with two capsules per day.

2 capsules daily = 1g Cordyceps extract from fruiting bodies, take once or twice dailyexp 03/2027I requested and rec'd a copy of 3rd party testing for the NATURAL STACKS Cordyceps blend with the following results for a 2 capsule serving:Yerba Mate: Caffeine 1.76 mg/servingCordyceps: beta-Glucan 191.56 mg/servingNo mention of the amounts of the bioactive compounds present.Cordyceps is believed to boost the immune system. It's often taken by athletes to boost their workouts. 1 g daily did not give me the hoped for results - no change in energy, endurance, or focus. So I'm upping it to 2 g daily. But based on what I've read, I'll need 3 to 4 grams of cordyceps extract to experience the desired results which means switching to cordyceps powder. A 1 g dose may work just fine for many. You could see results immediately but most don't experience the benefits until a week or two. Overall, this appears to be a good quality cordyceps fruiting bodies extract.

One More Time

Well, like a Daft Punk song, I'm going to have to try this cordyceps mushroom one more time. I package my supplements in heat seal bags - about a 30-day supply to make my life easier. Not seeing the cordyceps bottle had me forgetting I was taking this for 30 days. Previously, I was taking cordyceps by tincture. My previous brand is a trusted source and I'd been happy, but wanted to try a new brand out of curiosity. During the past 30 days of taking these, I did pick up a bit more energy. Also, I felt a like this was helping with some other issues I'm having. When I researched cordyceps, the list is quite extensive of ailments it helps. I don't buy into the cure-all, but there's something about his brand and the dosing. It could be the yerba mate, though. I guess I'm going to have to try these again or add yerba mate to my regular cordyceps. I can't quite give this 5 stars until I'm certain, or at least feel confident in my one man test. Until then, it's 4 stars as I believe this was beneficial to me. Not a bad experience at all and they're priced decently.
